Andrew Slattengren, DO, joined University of Minnesota North Memorial Family Medicine Residency faculty in July 2011. Prior to that time, he served as faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a founding board member and remains active with Family Medicine Midwest. Dr. Slattengren also serves on the board of the Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians.
